We are a bespoke building company born out of a passion for craftsmanship, design, and creating exceptional living spaces. We bring over a decade of experience, working with some of the region’s most prestigious building firms, delivering award-winning, architecturally designed homes throughout Mangawhai and Te Arai.

Led by born and raised Mangawhai local, Zac Anderson, Lumbercraft is deeply connected to the land, the community, and the people who help bring each home to life. These local roots mean we know who to call, where to source the finest materials, and how to get things done right.

Our team brings extensive experience in high-end finishes like architectural concrete and bespoke timbers, along with a strong commitment to quality, clear communication and integrity. We believe the building process should be collaborative, transparent, and most importantly, an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
